1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Novrix builds software and digital products for businesses across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. These terms apply to this website, novrix.co, and to using it — reading it and sending us an enquiry through it.

They do not cover the work itself. Anything we do for a client — what is built, what it costs, when it is delivered, who owns what, and what either side is responsible for — is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Where the two ever appear to differ, the signed agreement is the one that counts.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. This website is informational

Everything here exists to explain what we do and to let you start a conversation. Nothing is sold on this site.

• There is no checkout, no basket and no payment of any kind.
• There are no user accounts, no sign-up and no login for visitors.
• There are no subscriptions, memberships or paid downloads.
• There is nowhere for visitors to publish content.

The only thing you can send us is a contact enquiry, and the only form on the site is the one on the contact page.

3. Enquiries, proposals and estimates — none is a contract

Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement between us, and it does not oblige either side to anything. It starts a conversation.

The same is true of anything that follows it. A proposal, a scope outline, an estimate, a timeline or a figure discussed in a call is a basis for a decision, not a commitment — by you or by us — until it is agreed in writing and signed.

Work begins under that written agreement. We may also decline an enquiry, or say that the thing you are asking for should not be built yet; that is part of how we work, and it is not a failure of the conversation.

4. The content on this site

The pages here describe our services, our approach and the kinds of problems we work on. They are general information, written to help you judge whether to talk to us.

They are not professional advice for your situation, and nothing on this site is a promise about what a particular project would cost, how long it would take, or what result it would produce. Every engagement differs, and the honest answer to almost any specific question is that it depends on your situation — which is exactly what the conversation is for.

We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or up to date at every moment. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at contact@novrix.co.

5. Our intellectual property

The content of this website — the text, the design, the layout, the front-end code, the Novrix name and the Novrix logo — belongs to Novrix.

You are welcome to:

• read the site and use it normally;
• link to any page on it;
• quote a short passage, as long as you say it came from us and link back.

Please do not:

• republish substantial parts of the site elsewhere;
• present our writing, design or code as your own;
• use the Novrix name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that you are part of Novrix, without asking us first.

This section is about this website only. Ownership and licensing of anything produced for a client — designs, code, documents, systems — is dealt with in the signed agreement for that engagement, and nothing on this page changes it.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the site the way it is meant to be used. Do not:

• scrape it, crawl it abusively, or extract its content by automated means;
• use the contact form for anything other than a genuine enquiry — no bulk sending, no advertising, no misleading details, no submitting someone else's information as your own;
• try to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or gain access to any part of it that is not public;
• upload or transmit anything harmful through it;
• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage the site or the people using it.

The contact form applies automatic anti-abuse checks, including a limit on repeated submissions from the same connection. Those checks are there to keep the form usable, and we may decline or ignore a submission that trips them.

7. Links to other sites

Some pages link to places we do not run — our profiles on social platforms, and services the site relies on to load, such as the typefaces it uses.

Those links are there for convenience. We do not control what happens on the other side of them, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to. Once you leave novrix.co, that site's own terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.

8. Availability

We would like the site to be available whenever you want it, but we do not promise that it always will be. It may be unavailable, briefly or otherwise, for maintenance, updates, hosting or technical reasons, sometimes without notice.

We may also change, move or remove pages and content as the business changes. Nothing here commits us to keeping a particular page, service description or piece of content online.
